Ben Andrews

Vice President

Benjamin T. Andrews is a Vice President with Capital Canada and has over 10 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Andrews joined Capital Canada in November of 2002 and has a strong background in mergers & acquisitions and private and public debt and equity transactions. Mr. Andrews previously worked for TD Securities in investment banking as a member of their Telecommunications and Media Group. Prior to joining TD Securities, Mr. Andrews worked in investment banking at RBC Dominion Securities. There he participated on corporate finance transactions primarily in the high-tech and telecommunications sectors.

Mr. Andrews has co-led numerous successful investment banking transactions including acquisition financings, the restructuring and recapitalization of growth companies, and structuring and negotiating placements of senior and mezzanine debt and equity financings with institutional and high net worth investors on behalf of clients.

Mr. Andrews graduated from McGill University with a B.A. Economics, minor in Management, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
